B. Payment Information (Processed Securely)

  • Exterior Video Security: We operate outdoor-only security cameras, including a Ring Video Doorbell at the front entrance porch and an exterior camera monitoring the rear social deck entry.
  • Our Privacy Promise: We have absolutely zero cameras or recording devices inside the interior spaces of the Manor. Exterior video is recorded strictly for perimeter security, guest-count verification, and liability protection.


3. How We Use Your Information


We utilize your personal information strictly to maintain operational excellence, protect our real estate assets, and provide frictionless hospitality:

  • To Process Reservations: We use your personal and payment details to secure your booking, collect payments, and manage your arrival and departure dates.
  • To Automate Frictionless Entry: We integrate your contact phone number with our Property Management System (Hostaway) to automatically program your unique, temporary Schlage smart lock code (using the last 4 digits of your phone number).
  • To Personalize Your Stay: We use your travel preferences to stage your arrival—such as pre-cooling the climate zones, setting your welcome music on the Marshall speaker, or preparing your locally-roasted Gud Coffee welcome amenities.
  • To Deliver Vital Check-In Logistics: We use your email and telephone number to send automated, transactional check-in and check-out instructions, directions, and direct access to your digital guest guidebook.
  • To Build Corporate Partnerships: We use B2B intake data to register corporate accounts, process direct-billing POs or institutional P-Cards, and send "Concierge Appreciation" rewards to administrative coordinators.
  • To Promote Our Brand (Opt-In): We may occasionally send post-checkout emails offering direct-booking incentives, return-guest coupons (such as our  MANORLOYALTY  codes), or seasonal updates. You may opt-out of these communications instantly at any time.

  • Our 1099 Turnaround Cleaning Contractors: We share your checkout date and booking size with our professional staging and cleaning crew so they can execute our "White-Glove" turnaround schedule. (They do notreceive your personal contact or financial details).
  • Legal and Compliance Disclosures: We may disclose your information if required to do so by local municipal authorities (for hotel/motel occupancy tax compliance), by law, or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to protect the safety of our guests, our property, or the public.
