Built at the turn of the twentieth century, The River Street Manor stands as a timeless monument to Southern architectural heritage. Every timber, every rosette block, and every run of wainscoting inside our walls was hand-shaped by craftsmen who understood the language of permanence.

When we undertook the stewardship of this estate, we committed to honoring those Gilded Age bones. We painstakingly restored the soaring 14-foot wood-beaded ceilings, polished the original heart-pine floors to a rich luster, and preserved the grand central 17-foot gallery corridor. From the symmetrical classical columns flanking the front veranda to the intricate stained-glass transoms filtering the South Georgia sun, the Manor’s soul remains deeply rooted in the majestic craftsmanship of 1904.

Chapter II: High-Performance Reimagining

While we honor the past, we do not live in it. The modern traveler requires uncompromising speed, absolute comfort, and seamless utility. To bridge this gap, we introduced Modern Comfort to the Manor's historic frame.

We designed the estate around the high-touch habits of traveling executives, military commanders, and creative curators. We replaced the standard drafty air of historic homes with high-performance, smart-climate zoning. We transformed a quiet corner of the estate into a dedicated, high-speed 4K Executive Library featuring an adjustable walnut standing desk and gigabit mesh-fiber Wi-Fi.
